The Social Science Association, in association with the Career Guidance and Students Training Cell, successfully organized a session on “Mastering Essential Soft Skills” on 18th November

2025 at the Karnataka Bank Centenary Hall. The program was led by the resource person Dr. Mona Mendonca, Head of the Department of History, St. Aloysius (Deemed to be University), Mangaluru, and an experienced soft skills trainer. The session focused on the importance of communication, interpersonal skills, confidence building, and professional etiquette for academic and career growth. Dr. Mendonca engaged the participants through practical examples and interactive discussions, making the session insightful and motivating. The program proved to be highly beneficial, equipping students with essential soft skills required to face future professional challenges confidently.
