Poornaprajna College (PPC) in Udupi features specialized museums maintained by its science departments, which serve as significant educational resources for both students and researchers.

Departmental Museums

The college houses two primary museums within its science block:

  • Botany Museum: Maintained by the Botany Department, this museum contains a considerable collection of plant specimens. It is used extensively for academic study and research, featuring diverse flora relevant to the region and botanical science.

  • Zoology Museum: The Zoology Department manages a museum that holds a significant variety of zoological specimens. These collections include various phyla and are used as teaching aids to help students understand animal biology and morphology

  • History Museum : The history museum consists of articles of historical importance from the regional historical era. Stones with inscriptions, artifacts of the Barkur – Tuluva kingdom and others are on display.
