Botany Department

The Department of Botany at Poornaprajna College offers a deep exploration into the plant kingdom, combining classical taxonomy with modern plant biotechnology. The department maintains a well-curated “Sanjeevini” medicinal garden and a botanical museum that houses a vast collection of local flora and rare specimens.
